This year I decided to share the entire list of ingredients – so here is it:
Master Thief Steals Hell Fire Chili
A primarily red chili with home roasted Anaheim, Poblano and Jalapeno Chilis – served with a Sour Cream, garlic, onion + cheddar-jack ‘quench’.

Chili:
Home ground top-round beef – yes, I ground it myself!

Home Roasted Anaheim, Poblano and Jalapenos
Home made beef stock
Dried Pinto + Red Beans (rehydrated in the stock)
Diced Tomatoes
Pork + Beans (for sweetness)
Spices: Smoked Paprika, Paprika, Chili Powder, Garlic Powder, Roasted Garlic (home roasted), Fresh Garlic, Hickory Smoke, Mexican Mole Spice (Savory Spice Shop – Ft. Collins)

Because of you might not like all the heat that this chili will bring, I’ve served it with a ‘quench’ – a sour-cream + cheese side which will calm down the heat a little… 🙂
Quench:
Sour Cream, Whole Milk, Cheddar-Jack Cheese (fine shred), Dried Onion Flakes, Garlic Powder – Mixed and allowed to sit for at LEAST 4 hours.
