One thing annoys me more than finding things broken or not right – and that’s going back 3 days later to find the same thing still messed up – so listen UP King Soopers – I was in the Greeley Marketplace and reported to a manager that there were no pens in the bulk foods sections, so I only bought one item and put the code in my phone. On my return to the store on Saturday – there were STILL no pens. So I did not buy anything in the bulks foods section – nor will I until you can sort out the pen situation. I’m sick of going the extra mile to give you my hard earned money – make it easy to do business with you, or *I WON’T* !!
Perhaps I’m alone in this – I know I’m a cantankerous old fart – because if I see checkout lines that are out of control, (I refused to use self-checkout and always will) – I head back into the store – not to shop more – but to put stuff that I really don’t need *BACK* on the shelves.
2 weeks ago, I returned 3 items to the shelves because you cut back and back and back on the checkout-staff… maybe my one-person protests won’t be noticed, but if more people did the same, or simply abandoned their carts – MAYBE you will get the message.
and yes – I did post the story about putting items back on the shelves in my report at krogerfeedback.com – I keep reporting this stuff – you don’t seem to be listening – maybe it’s time to look at alternative stores to shop at…
Update: 09/14/2014: Since this post, I’ve been back to the Marketplace 4 separate times – and each time they have had the pens!
