The Broker in Denver is a great restaurant that Dianne and I have been dining at for more than 13 years. We were introduced to this fine restaurant by a friend from Fort Collins, Jim Chudd – and ever since, this place has been a firm favorite. They have the best peel+eat gulf shrimp and their entrees and desserts are amazing. Top that off with the atmosphere – the restaurant is in an old bank vault and you can dine inside the vault itself (optional for those who might suffer from claustrophobia). Anyway – they have a Prix-Fixe deal on Living Social and it’s a killer deal:
From LivingSocial.com:
Elegantly tucked within the historic vaults of the Denver National Bank, The Broker Restaurant is as much a feast for the eyes as for your stomach — and has become a local tradition that USA Today’s 10 Best calls a “must visit”:
• $79 ($160 value) for a four-course prix-fixe dinner for two
• Includes one bottle of pre-selected red or white wine
• Located on 17th Street in the heart of Denver

“…Unique atmosphere that is classy and made for special occasions… amazing and the food matched this atmosphere. We both had the prime rib which was cooked perfectly and was tender.” – Google+ Reviewer
A Colorado Tradition for 35 Years
Begin by ordering an appetizer to share like chilled Gulf shrimp, calamari, or tomato bruschetta before moving on to a heart-warming bowl of French onion soup or a tossed or Caesar salad. For your entrée, you can each choose roasted prime rib served with creamed horseradish, the tender filets of tournedos oscar, chicken Chardonnay, or Alaskan king salmon with lobster and crab stuffing. A crème brûlée or bread pudding for each of you for dessert sweetens the deal at this swanky spot, where you’ll also toast the high life over a bottle of pre-selected red or white wine.
